North Shore Leisure Club Member Survey Case Study


Audience Research conducted a detailed survey of The Club’s 1500+ strong member base to provide The Board and Management with a clear path for the future of The Club.
Audience Research developed 40+ carefully crafted questions, using a mix of open ended, predetermined options & number scales. Identical online & paper surveys were available to ensure maximum Member involvement.
